Brands, stores & design policy

Manage brand kits, physical stores, and organisation-wide design approval rules.

Brands, stores, and design policies keep large portfolios consistent across codes, link pages, and redirect prelanders.

Brands

A brand holds visual identity used by codes and landing experiences:

  • Logo and favicon
  • Primary/secondary colours and typography
  • Powered-by footer treatment (hidden on paid plans when entitled)
  • Default QR style presets

Create brands under Brands. Assign a brand when creating or editing a code so previews and live pages match corporate guidelines.

Stores

Stores represent physical sales locations — distinct from brands in QR Hero. Use stores to:

  • Tag analytics by location
  • Assign virtual windows to a floor plan
  • Group campaigns for franchise or retail rollouts

Open Stores to add name, address, external ID, and optional brand linkage.

Design policy

Organisation owners configure Design policy under Settings:

  • Lock colours or logo placement for sub-teams
  • Require admin approval before new styles publish
  • Enforce landing layout constraints for link pages and menus

When approval is required, submissions appear in Design approvals. Approvers can accept or reject with comments.

Landing layout policy

Separate from QR styling, Landing layout policy restricts which blocks or layouts link pages and menus may use — helpful for agency partners managing many sub-clients.

Multi-brand agencies

Switch organisations from the header dropdown. Each org maintains its own brands and stores; partners use portfolio analytics to roll up across clients.
