Product catalog QR codes
Shoppable product pages synced from Shopify, WooCommerce, or CSV/JSON feeds.
Related in the dashboard:
products.create, products.edit, settings.feeds
Product codes render item detail or catalog views backed by imported feed data.
Two ways to manage catalog data
- Manual product editor — create individual product codes with title, price, image, and buy link.
- Product feeds — connect a Shopify, WooCommerce, JSON, XML, or CSV feed under Settings → Product feeds and map fields once.
Feeds sync on a schedule; QR Hero caches normalised rows for fast landing pages.
Create a product code
- Click Create code → Product.
- Pick a product from the synced catalog or enter details manually.
- Configure CTA buttons (Buy now, View in store) and brand styling.
- Save and verify price currency matches your market settings.
Feed mapping
During feed setup, map source columns to QR Hero fields (title, price, image_url, buy_url, SKU). Unmapped required fields cause rows to skip with a sync warning — check the feed status panel after each import.
Inventory changes
When a SKU goes out of stock, update the feed source or mark the item unavailable in the editor. Dynamic codes let you redirect to a category page instead of a dead product link.
Plans and limits
Product feeds and cached SKU counts may be plan-gated. Upgrade or enable overage billing when approaching catalog limits.
