Image bank & system icons
Upload logos and artwork, reuse system icons, and stay within plan limits.

The image bank centralises artwork used in QR logos, link pages, menus, and product tiles.
Upload images
- Open Settings → Image bank.
- Upload SVG, PNG, or JPG files within your plan storage cap.
- Organise with collections when enabled for your organisation.
- Delete unused assets to free quota.
SVG uploads are preferred for logos — they stay sharp at any QR print size. Very low-resolution raster uploads show a warning before save.
System icons
QR Hero ships curated system icons (managed in admin) available to all customers. Pick them from the QR designer logo picker alongside your org uploads.
Use in the QR designer
In any code editor, open the logo section of the QR preview panel:
- Upload a one-off file, or
- Choose from Image bank or System icons
Logo size and quiet-zone margin adjust live in the preview.
Plan limits
org_image_bank_limit caps total stored files. Approaching the limit shows an upgrade prompt. Deleted files may take a moment to reflect in quota meters.
Permissions
All roles with settings access can upload; only owners may delete shared assets when your policy restricts deletes — check Team & roles for your organisation.
