Menu microsite QR codes

Menu codes render a mobile-friendly menu microsite — update items and prices without reprinting table tents.

#Create a menu code

1. Pick Create code → Menu.
2. Add categories (Starters, Mains, Drinks) and items with price, description, and allergen tags.
3. Upload item photos from your image bank when available.
4. Style the QR and publish.

#Daypart and seasonal changes

Edit categories inline to mark items sold out or swap seasonal dishes. Changes appear on the next scan — no new QR print run required.

#Multi-language menus

When localisation is enabled for your organisation, menu labels can be translated per locale. Publish the default language first, then add translations from the editor.

#Printing tips

• Test readability of the QR at table-tent size (minimum ~2 cm quiet zone).
• Pair printed menus with a short call to action such as “Scan for allergens and today’s specials.”
